FAPA Pilot Job Fairs are FREE to pilots. The FAPA Future Pilot Forum (FREE) follows from 1 PM - 5 PM, providing future professional pilots of all ages with objective and independent information about a flying career. You must have either 250+ hours or a commercial certificate to attend the FAPA Pilot Job Fair from 9 AM - 12 PM. If you have less than 250 hours, the FAPA Future Pilot Forum from 1 PM - 5 PM is the correct event to attend.

    • Registration: Please arrive between 0845-0900. You don't need a confirmation email or ticket.
    • Attire: Business casual. Save your suit for interviews!
    • Résumés: Bring plenty of résumés! All recruiting companies are accepting résumés unless otherwise noted. PLEASE NOTE: We will ask you for a resume at the door as your entrance ticket to this free event. Please bring an extra one for the FAPA Crew to check you in. We use them for internal record keeping purposes only and will not share your resume with any airline or other company.

You will have the option of signing up for a membership after following one of the below registration options. A membership is completely optional for a FAPA Regional Pilot Job Fair.

FREE FAPA Future Pilot Forum later in the afternoon from 1 PM - 5 PM will cover: financing your flight education and training, overview of the multiple paths as a professional pilot and the global pilot job market outlook. Airlines, fight training schools, and universities will be at the event to answer your questions. This portion of the event is NOT for qualified pilots looking for a job.
