Binding Arbitration

The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this agreement, whether through class action proceedings or otherwise.
Cancellation or Termination
Contact FAPA.aero at support@fapa.aero or call 1-800 JET JOBS if you wish to cancel your registration or membership.
Enforceability
If any portion of these Terms of Service is found to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then that portion shall be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that matches the intent of the original provision as closely as possible. The remainder of these Terms of Service shall continue to be enforceable and valid according to terms contained herein.
Entire Agreement
Except as expressly provided in a particular "Legal Notice" or other notice on pages at our website, these Terms of Service, which hereby incorporate by reference the terms of FAPA.aero constitute the entire agreement between you and FAPA.aero, superseding all prior agreements regarding our website and other services.
Jurisdiction and Limitations

FAPA.aero provides links to other websites and resources. You hereby acknowledge that FAPA.aero has no control over other websites and the content or the resources provided. You further agree that FAPA.aero shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or losses caused or alleged to be caused by any reliance upon any such contents, goods or services made available through the links.
Modifications to our Website and Services
FAPA.aero reserves all rights to modify or discontinue, either temporarily or permanently, our website and other services with or without notice and at its sole discretion. Rates and Product Pricing
Subscription Rates including the period for which they apply, and Product Pricing may be changed at any time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of FAPA.aero.
Registration, Privacy and Security
There are portions the FAPA.aero website that include public access and private access. The use of the private areas requires a login. This login access will be granted after you register and pay for access to the services provided on our website. If approved, you will receive an approval of an account user name and a password when you register. Keep your password confidential and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account access. Notify us if there has been any breach of security. Termination
FAPA.aero, at its sole discretion, may terminate your account and use of our website and services. If a refund of unused services is due, FAPA.aero will provide a prorated refund.
